Adam Armstrong urged Wolves to learn quickly after a frustrating defeat at Crystal Palace, where Tolu Arokodare missed a first half penalty, Ladislav Krejci was sent off and Evann Guessand struck late.
As reported by ExpressAndStar.com, the forward felt Wolves cut through Palace before the break and created openings. He said emotions were high, key moments went against them and the goal was probably their fault.
Armstrong said he had not seen the incident, which involved Ladislav Krejci kicking the ball away, and would need to look back. He noted that when you are on a booking you cannot do that, and the squad must move on together.
He praised an outstanding first half, admitting Wolves could have killed the game and must be more clinical. He also accepted they might have seen it out better.
Jackson Tchatchoua echoed the message, saying misses can happen and that it became harder to attack and stay connected. He said the group will stay united, playing for each other, their families and the club at full commitment.
Wolves now host Aston Villa at Molineux on Friday night, before a Premier League and FA Cup double header against Liverpool.
