West Ham have confirmed the departures of Adama Traore and Lukasz Fabianski, who will be available on free transfers this summer following relegation.

West Ham’s 14-year Premier League stay ended despite a final-day 3-0 win over newly promoted Leeds, who had secured safety with three games left. The club said in a statement that both players will be listed as free transfers when their contracts expire on 30 June.

Fabianski, 41, spent seven seasons from 2018 to 2025, won Hammer of the Year in 2019 and was part of the 2023 UEFA Europa Conference League winners. He rejoined on a one-year deal in September 2025.

Traore arrived from Fulham in January and made 12 appearances. He started three FA Cup ties, providing assists against Brentford and Leeds, and came off the bench nine times in the league.

Chelsea loanee Axel Disasi will return to his parent club after 17 appearances in the Premier League and FA Cup, scoring against Leeds in the sixth round. Development squad players Michael Forbes, Junior Robinson, Tyron Akpata, Daniel Rigge, David Chigwada and Tom Wooster will also leave.
