Scouts from the Blaugrana recently visited Germany to determine the sporting benefits of an Upamecano deal as well as the financial ones

However, it was not just Upamecano who was closely scrutinized: BVB star Nico Schlotterbeck, who has also been linked with a possible departure, is also said to have been observed by the Catalan scouts

„Tough negotiations“ between Bayern and Upamecano

Despite the many interested parties, FC Bayern’s declared aim is to agree a contract extension with Upamecano. As kicker reporter Georg Holzner reports, the bosses are currently in „tough negotiations“ with Dayot Upamecano and his management
