Aïssa Mandi joins Levante on two-year deal after Lille exit

According to L'Équipe, Aïssa Mandi has signed a two-year contract with Levante after leaving Lille, marking a return to La Liga.
The 34-year-old Algeria centre-back, previously of Real Betis and Villarreal, has committed until 2028 and arrives on a free after being voted Lille supporters' player of the 2025-2026 season.
Born in Châlons-en-Champagne, Mandi is Algeria's most-capped international with 122 caps.
He has made 206 La Liga appearances.
At Levante he will work under coach Luis Castro and becomes the club's second summer signing after Enzo Bardeli.
