Alexis Beka Beka signs two-year deal with FC Aarau in Swiss second tier | OneFootball

Alexis Beka Beka has joined FC Aarau on a two-year contract to 30 June 2028, moving to Switzerland's Challenge League. The 25-year-old French midfielder arrives from Belgian side La Louvière.

According to L'Équipe, he departs after one season in Belgium, where he played nine first-team matches and scored once in 186 minutes.

Raised at Caen, where he made his senior debut at 18. He moved to Lokomotiv Moscow in 2021, then returned to France with Nice a year later.

He spent two seasons at Nice but, after a mixed first campaign, drifted from contention amid a period of deep personal struggle. In September 2023 he came close to taking his own life at the Magnan viaduct in Nice.

He later terminated his Nice contract, trained with Caen's reserves, and returned to action in February 2025. He now starts anew in Switzerland.
