Allan will not play again for Palmeiras and will miss Wednesday's Copa do Brasil quarter-final against Santos. His move to Manchester City is close, with paperwork still to complete on a deal worth about R$ 240 million.
According to Globo.com, the 22-year-old forward will travel to England this week to finalise the switch, with the trip planned for Wednesday. The verbal agreement was reached on Monday afternoon for €37.5 million fixed plus €2.5 million in bonuses.
His final appearance for Palmeiras came in the 4-1 win over Vasco at Nubank Parque. After the match he returned to the pitch to take photos with his family.
He leaves after one and a half years in the first team, the sale reflecting a 2,900% rise in his valuation.
During that spell he won the Paulista in 2026 and was a standout in Palmeiras' run to the 2025 Libertadores final. He registered an assist and won the penalty for the 4-0 over LDU.
