In an interview with Sky, Urbig said : „What’s special about his leadership quality is that he takes everyone with him. He makes people better. Whether it’s the strikers who shoot again after training. That’s always a challenge. For us goalkeepers and also for him. He wants to put every ball in, we want to keep every ball. He’s always willing to do more.“

As a goalkeeper, Urbig also benefits from players like Kane – not only on the training pitch, but also during the game. Urbig often finds the Englishman with his long balls and Kane is then able to tie up the ball and structure the game

Urbig also confirmed that the striker really wants to show his best performance in every training session: „What you see from the outside, he works on every day in training and I think that’s what makes a leader. (…) He trains diligently and meticulously every day. (…) We all know that he’s an exceptional player – an exceptional talent.“
