Home advantage faded in Brasileirão round two, catching most tipsters out, as only three hosts won across nine fixtures.
Globo.com reports that André Loffredo and Joanna de Assis topped the round with five correct calls. Alex Escobar, Kelly Costa and Tropa getv followed with four.
Palmeiras v Vitória produced the highest number of correct picks, with seven backing the home win. Bragantino v Atlético-MG was close behind, with six successful votes for the hosts.
Coritiba ended a 22-year wait by beating Cruzeiro in Belo Horizonte, against a unanimous belief in a home victory. In Flamengo v Internacional, eight tipped Flamengo, but only Alex Escobar called the draw.
Vasco v Mirassol saw universal faith in the Cruzmaltino, except André Loffredo, who got the draw right. Bahia drew too, rewarding André Loffredo, Felipe Diniz and Tropa getv after five votes had backed Bahia.
Santos v São Paulo split opinion, and Joanna de Assis, Kelly Costa, Tiago Medeiros and Tropa getv were on the money.
