Le Mans have confirmed that six players will depart on 30 June as contracts expire or loan spells end. The club said in a statement on Tuesday that the exits have been finalised.

Le Mans’ Ligue 1 plans will proceed without them. Versatile 30-year-old midfielder Anthony Ribelin, at the club for three years and out of contract at the end of June, leaves after 81 appearances for a side promoted in successive seasons to Ligue 2 then the elite.

Taylor Luvambo and Baptiste Guillaume, who arrived at the start of the season, will also move on, as will Mathis Hamdi, who joined midway through the campaign.

Isaac Cossier and Malang Gomes return to their parent clubs after loans from Lille and Nantes respectively.

The club thanked the six for wearing the shirt and for the moments shared with supporters.
