Inter Milan veteran Henrikh Mkhitaryan addressed the press after attending last night’s Premio Gentleman ceremony.
During a brief interview via FCInterNews, the 36-year-old admitted he was flattered for receiving the ‘Gentleman Inter’ award.
The traditional Fair Play Gala, held at the prestigious Scuola Militare Teulie, took place last night.
Meanwhile,Henrikh Mkhitaryan was among the attendees at the 30th edition of the ceremony.
Furthermore, he won one of the awards, praising his sportsmanship and professionalism both on and off the pitch.
In addition to his exceptional career on the field, the veteran midfielder has always stood out for his exemplary conduct.
Indeed, the former Roma star has earned respect from teammates, opponents, and fans alike.
Last night, he took the stage to claim the ‘Gentleman Inter’ award.
After the ceremony, Mkhitaryan addressed the press, expressing his gratitude while insisting that his sportsmanship comes naturally.

“I’m happy and honored” Mkhitaryan said.
“I thank everyone who voted for me. This is a true honor, thank you very much.
“An award that represents me? I don’t do it on purpose, that’s just how I am.
“Maybe it’s my character, but it’s not for me to say.”
Mkhitaryan has entered the final year of his contract at San SIro, and this could be his last season in Serie A.
Indeed, the skilled midfielder is approaching the autumn of his playing career.
Furthermore, he has recently admitted he could hang up his boots at Giuseppe Meazza.
Meanwhile, he will try to help Inter reclaim the Scudetto in what could be his farewell campaign in Italy.
However, Mkhitaryan is at risk of losing his starting berth after the emergence ofPetar Sucic.
