Bukayo Saka is expected to be part of the Arsenal squad for the clash with Newcastle on Saturday in a huge boost for Mikel Arteta.
Saka has missed the last five games an Achilles injury, which he has been struggling with for a while.
But Arteta hopes to have the winger back involved for his side’s upcoming Premier League game.
“Bukayo is probably going to be in the squad so good news,” Arteta said.
“We gave him some time because there was a moment where he was struggling to sustain his performances because he wasn’t comfortable at all.
“We’ve done that and he had the right treatment, the right space, he has some time for himself as well. It’s the most important part of the season and he’s back with us.”

Arteta also says defender Riccardo Calafiori will be back involved after a recent knee injury.
But Jurrien Timber remains sidelined with an ankle problem, along with Mikel Merino with his serious foot injury.
Asked if Merino could be back this season, Arteta said: “It’s a bit premature to say that. He’s evolving really well, he’s really pushing the boundaries but it’s a bit early to answer that question.”
