Under sporting advisor Luis Campos, Paris Saint-Germain have forged a strong connection with Portugal, bringing in rising stars like Vitinha, João Neves, and Gonçalo Ramos. Now, the Ligue 1 club appears ready to make another addition.
PSG’s transfer approach focuses on securing promising young players before they reach their peak. So, who’s next on their list?
According to Foot Mercato, PSG, Manchester City, and Manchester United are all showing interest in 17-year-old Geovany Quenda from Sporting Lisbon. It’s no surprise to see the Red Devils in the mix, especially with their new manager Rúben Amorim, who recently arrived from Sporting.

TEAMtalk reports that Arsenal have held talks with the agents of Quenda as the outlet notes that the Sporting winger is also a target for Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool.
Quenda has made 17 appearances for Sporting’s first team across all competitions this season, scoring two goals and providing one assist. The teenager is under contract with the Portuguese club until 2027, meaning they have no immediate obligation to sell him.
