Aston Villa will receive 7,000 tickets for the European Super Cup against Paris Saint-Germain at Stadion Salzburg on Wednesday, 12 August.
UEFA confirmed that each club will be allocated 7,000, with a further 9,000 seats released to the general public. The venue holds 28,500, meaning Villa’s share is just under a quarter.
Ticket prices range from 30 Euros to 150 Euros, with Villa and PSG supporters given priority access to the cheapest options. A large travelling support from both clubs is expected.
Villa have yet to confirm how their allocation will be sold, while general sale is already open on the governing body’s official website. Fans can apply until 23 June, after which tickets will be distributed by lottery. Successful applicants will then be able to buy up to two tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
The tie brings together Europa League winners Villa and Champions League holders PSG, a repeat of the 2024-25 quarter-final that the French side edged 5-4 on aggregate on their way to the first of their back-to-back titles. It will be Villa’s second appearance in the Super Cup, having lifted the trophy in 1983 by beating Barcelona over two legs.
