Ángel, for those not familiar with his name, is a 19-year-old midfielder, who is currently plying his trade with Real Madrid’s Castilla side.

The Spaniard endured a difficult opening to the current campaign condemned to the sidelines owing to a series of fitness problems.

Since returning to the fray in a competitive setting, though, Ángel has quickly set about providing a reminder of his unquestionable talents.

The youngster, widely considered to be one of the standout up-and-coming talents at La Fábrica, has long been hailed for both his quality on the ball, and character on the pitch.

And such qualities, as alluded to above, have not gone unnoticed in England…

As per a report from Relevo, Unai Emery’s Aston Villa have been wowed by Ángel’s recent performances.

The Claret and Blue are not thought to be considering any kind of imminent approach, but are keeping a close eye on developments surrounding the midfielder’s future with a view to a possible future swoop.
