Atalanta ‘set to sign’ Bayern youngster Ljubo Puljic

Fabrizio Romano reports that Atalanta are closing in on a deal to sign Bayern Munich youngster Ljubo Puljic.

The 19-year-old is understood to have agreed a four-year contract with the Serie A side, with an option for a further year.

The centre-back has made 66 appearances for Bayern’s youth and reserve teams, but has yet to feature for the senior side.

He joined Bayern from Croatian club NK Osijek in 2023.

Puljic has represented Croatia at under-19 level on 14 occasions, scoring two goals.
