Atlético de Madrid have officially announced the signing of South Korean international Lee Kang-in who arrives from PSG.
The forward, who was on duty with his national team at the 2026 World Cup, has signed a five-year contract until June 2031. According to the international press, the Colchoneros have paid €35 million for the 25-year-old's transfer, with the French club potentially receiving a further €5 million if certain performance-related targets are met.
This marks a return for Lee Kang-in to Spanish football. The winger came through the academy Valencia before later moving to Mallorca, where he made his name.
Across three seasons with the Parisians, he scored 16 goals and provided as many assists in 124 appearances. He also won three French league titles, two French Cups, two Trophies des Champions and two Champions Leagues.
He now strengthens the Atleti, who have already brought in Morten Hjulmand and Álex Grimaldo this summer.
