Kicker reports that Noah Atubolu has parted company with his agency and will represent himself with the support of a football lawyer. A switch to Eintracht Frankfurt could follow before the window shuts.

The 24-year-old Freiburg goalkeeper has been seeking a move for some time and had grown unhappy with his agency's efforts, yet with the window in its final phase no transfer has materialised.

Epic Sports is understood to have touted Borussia Dortmund, AC Milan and Aston Villa, but none of those possibilities came off.

Frankfurt are viewed as the most realistic destination and are searching for a new first-choice goalkeeper. It remains uncertain whether they are able or willing to meet Freiburg's €15 million valuation.

Bild claims that an alternative under discussion would see Atubolu extend his Freiburg contract to 2028, then join Eintracht on loan with an option or obligation to buy.
