Augsburg complete signing of South Korea international Youngwoo Seol | OneFootball

FC Augsburg have confirmed the signing of South Korea international Youngwoo Seol.

The 27-year-old full-back arrives from Serbian side FK Crvena Zvezda on a contract running until 2030.

Sporting director Benni Weber said Seol brings significant international experience from European club competitions and the national team. He added that the player's pace and ability to operate as a wing-back will add another dimension, while increasing competition for wide roles.

Seol said he is looking forward to his time in Augsburg and views the Bundesliga as a fantastic, highly demanding league where he wants to prove himself and continue his development.

He added that he cannot wait to play in front of the fans at the WWK ARENA, show what he can bring to the team and work hard together to achieve their goals.
