Vasco agree €2 million deal for Bruno Duarte after pre-contract | OneFootball

Vasco have agreed a €2 million deal to sign Bruno Duarte from Red Star Belgrade, with the 30-year-old having signed a pre-contract.

According to PaponaColina, he will travel to Brazil to complete a 30-month contract.

He has been excused from training in Belgrade and is awaiting flight arrangements to join Pedro Emanuel’s squad at CT Moacyr Barbosa.

Club figures view the move as a priority to steady an inconsistent attack and sharpen finishing amid a relegation fight in the Campeonato Brasileiro and the Copa do Brasil knockout phase.

A Palmeiras academy graduate, he played for Portuguesa-SP before moving abroad in 2018, representing Lviv, Vitória de Guimarães, Damac and Farense, then Red Star, where he scored 42 goals in two seasons and featured in the Champions League.

Vasco intend to lodge his registration in the CBF’s Boletim Informativo Diário as soon as medical assessments are completed.
