Habib Beye has named a no-surprise Marseille starting XI for Ligue 1 against Metz, with Leonardo Balerdi restored in central defence after starting on the bench at Monaco. Mason Greenwood lines up on the right, Amine Gouiri on the left.

According to L'Équipe, Greenwood missed last weekend’s 2-1 defeat at Monaco through suspension and returns for Friday’s 21:05 kick-off.
