This was a rather tricky summer to navigate for FC Barcelona due to various reasons. Beyond just the club needing to keep their financial situation in mind, they also had other complications to deal with. Fortunately, progress seems to be stable for Barcelona right now.
Originally, the primary objective was to reinforce the squad and give Hansi Flick a helping hand. Simultaneously, however, the club had to consider potential exits and other operations that could help out in one way or another.
In terms of arrivals, Barcelona managed to bring Joan Garcia on a permanent deal and even Marcus Rashford recently joined the club on a loan deal from Manchester United. The club also managed to sign young talent Roony Bardghji, who is already impressing over in Asia during the team’s ongoing preseason tour.

However, it was not just signing players that was a major concern for the Catalan club. In fact, it was also registering said players and others with new contracts that occupied Barça’s time and effort throughout this whole summer transfer window so far.
Fortunately, as per Alex Pintanel, the Catalan giants believe that all players in the squad will end up being registered. In fact, the journalist claims that Barça hopes to have them all registered before their La Liga opener against RCD Mallorca. This does not just include the club’s summer signings, but also players with new contracts that might still need to be registered.
As for what the club intends to do to make that a reality, there seem to be various options on the table. The club’s vice president Rafa Yuste previously talked about the subject, and then there is also Marc-Andre Ter Stegen’s recent surgery that could potentially help with player registrations as well.
Moreover, with the club still considering certain sales this summer, incoming offers do not exactly hurt. Recent reports have even claimed that significant offers might come their way for specific players this summer, which would leave Barcelona with some big calls to make.
