In recent days, the name of Gerard Martin has been associated with AC Milan. Reports have pointed to interest from the Italian giants in the FC Barcelona defender
With the Rossoneri in the market for a versatile defender, the 23-year-old Spaniard has emerged as a target after proving himself at left-back and as a left-sided centre-back under Hansi Flick this season.
However, according to the latest update from Mundo Deportivo, Gerard Martin has no intention of listening to AC Milan.
At Barcelona, the defender is at the club he dreamed of playing for as a child and has earned an important role within the squad.

Last summer, several Premier League clubs made enquiries about Martin. His position, however, has always been the same: to remain at Barcelona.
In his first season at the club, he proved to be a more than reliable option for the reserve side. In his second term, he won the trust of Hansi Flick and established himself as an alternative to Alejandro Balde in the first team.
Now, in his third year with the Blaugrana, he broadened his range and proved himself as an option at centre-back when required.
This season, Martin has already featured in 34 matches. With more than 1,700 minutes played, he is the 12th most-used player under Flick.
Martin renewed his contract until 2028 with a release clause of €100 million last year. And despite some interest from Milan, he has no plans of leaving.
