Barcelona fans handed exciting potential Gavi return date | OneFootball

A fresh insight into the ongoing injury recovery efforts of Barcelona midfielder Gavi has come to the fore on Thursday afternoon.

The name of youngster Gavi has of course taken its place front and centre in the headlines in Catalunya’s capital over the course of the day to date.

This comes after confirmation was forthcoming that the 20-year-old had linked back up with the rest of Hansi Flick’s squad in group training.

This marked the first occasion on which Gavi was permitted for as much since all the way back in late-2023, after suffering an ACL tear whilst on international duty with Spain.

And though he ultimately went on to play only a small part in proceedings on Thursday, it would appear that the starlet’s return to competitive action is inching closer than even before.

As per a report from Barcelona insider Javier Miguel of Diario AS:

‘GAVI: If there are no setbacks, the forecast is to discharge him in about 15 days…’
