Barcelona set sights on Ligue 1 star | OneFootball

La Liga giants Barcelona have earmarked Olympique Lyonnais star Malick Fofana as a potential signing for the future.

This comes amid an ongoing search for reinforcements in the attacking third.

The Camp Nou brass, it is understood, are actively scouring the market for fresh blood on the left wing.

Whilst happy with the contributions of summer arrival Marcus Rashford to date, Barcelona have not yet made the call to make his signing a permanent one.

With this in mind, a shortlist of alternative targets has been drawn up.

And sitting at the top of this list at present is the aforementioned Malick Fofana.

As per a report from Diario Sport, Deco and co. have been left impressed by youngster Fofana’s form in the colours of Lyon across the season to date.

With the Belgian widely considered to be a future star in the making, Barcelona could in turn move to take advantage of Lyon’s financial woes with an offer for his signature.
