A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has late this week been linked with a potential move to European champions Paris Saint-Germain.
This comes amid the understanding that Luis Enrique and co. have set their sights on Ferran Torres.
Frontman Ferran has of course been heavily linked with a potential departure from Catalunya’s capital over the months ahead.
With Anthony Gordon already secured, and Barcelona expected to bring in further attacking reinforcements, the Spanish international has been tipped to make way to free up necessary room in Hansi Flick’s frontline.
And as alluded to above, this weekend, one of European football’s leading clubs have been credited with an interest in bringing Ferran in.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo, citing Sky Sport’s Gianluca Di Marzio:
‘Paris Saint-Germain, winners of the last two Champions League titles, are monitoring Ferran Torres in order to initiate negotiations to sign him should Bradley Barcola leave this summer.’
PSG boss Luis Enrique, it is understood, is a long-term admirer of Ferran’s talents.
