Barcelona star included in Champions League Team of the Week | OneFootball

A leading member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has been included in the official UEFA Champions League Team of the Week.

The player in question? Raphinha.

Wide-man Raphinha was afforded his latest starting berth on Wednesday, as Barcelona welcomed Swiss outfit Young Boys to Catalunya’s capital for a continental clash.

When all was said and done, the Blaugrana emerged on the right side of a dominant 5-0 result, to secure their first Champions League three-point haul of the season.

Raphinha, meanwhile, shone bright, notching both a goal and an assist to keep alive what has been a superb individual opening to the campaign.

And as much, as alluded to above, has today seen the Brazilian international recognised by UEFA.

As per a release across the official Champions League social media platforms, Raphinha has been afforded a place in the Team of the Week, alongside the likes of Karim Adeyemi, Tiago Santos and Dušan Vlahović.
