Barcelona star names the two youngsters who have surprised him in pre-season | OneFootball

Barcelona star Fermín López has this week revealed his appreciation for the talents of a pair of up-and-coming young talents in Catalunya’s capital.

Hansi Flick has afforded the chance to impress to a whole host of Barcelona’s breakthrough academy youngsters across the summer to date.

With the bulk of the Blaugrana’s first-team ranks having been afforded an extended break following their exploits at the World Cup, La Masia was relied upon to make up the numbers in pre-season training.

Several such starlets are understood to have turned heads with their exploits on the training pitch, taking full advantage of the opportunity put before them.

And as alluded to above, this week, a current member of Hansi Flick’s squad has highlighted two such players as having left him personally impressed.

Asked which young players have surprised him most in pre-season during an interview with Tot Costa, Fermín López responded:

“Many, because they’re all very good. But I’d say Ebrima Tunkara (16, midfielder) and Orien Goren (17, midfielder).”
