For those now aware, the annual Ballon d’Or ceremony is set to take place Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, France, next Monday night.

The event will see world football’s standout player over the course of the last year rewarded, with Real Madrid star Vinícius the runaway favourite to clinch the prize.

As alluded to above, though, also in attendance in France’s capital will be a trio of players from the other half of the Clásico divide.

As per Relevo, both amongst the nominees for the ‘Golden Ball’, Lamine Yamal and Dani Olmo will be granted permission to travel to the ceremony.

So too will Pau Cubarsí, owing to his place on the shortlist for the Kopa award.

And the representatives from Hansi Flick’s squad are not expected to leave empty-handed, either, with Lamine the long-time frontrunner to scoop the Kopa prize.
