Bradley Barcola is expected to leave PSG for Liverpool in a move worth about €140m, a potential Ligue 1 outgoing record. According to Le Progres, the transfer is on track, though it still requires finalisation.
The 23-year-old France forward, who scored three times at the World Cup and has 28 caps with six goals, is understood to have agreed personal terms with the Reds.
Barcola was left out of PSG’s squad for the 2-2 Ligue 1 opener at Rennes last weekend. He trained with his Paris team-mates on Thursday morning, taking part in rondos.
Signed from Lyon in 2023 for around €50m, he quickly became a key part of PSG’s attack, yet Désiré Doué was preferred for marquee fixtures. Barcola began both the 2025 and 2026 Champions League finals on the bench, games PSG won.
PSG have been busy reshaping their forward line, selling Gonçalo Ramos to AC Milan for €74m, potentially €90m with bonuses, Randal Kolo Muani to Juventus Turin for €38m plus €12m in add-ons, and Kang-in Lee to Atlético Madrid for about €40m. They have recruited Maghnes Akliouche from Monaco, Spain’s World Cup-winning forward Ferran Torres from Barcelona and Belgium’s Mika Godts from Ajax Amsterdam for roughly €150m in total.
