Arriving in Bavaria in the summer of 2023 from Tottenham, Harry Kane wasted no time justifying Bayern Munich's investment. In just 104 official matches, the 32-year-old English striker has already scored 100 goals and provided 29 assists—numbers that speak for themselves.

His current contract runs until 2027, but the German club wants to take things further. Yesterday, sporting director Max Eberl revealed his intention to extend their partnership:

An agreement beyond 2027 is definitely possible. We will discuss the future with him calmly. He is a true leader, and it would be fantastic to win more titles with him.

For his part, Kane says he's open to the idea. In an interview with Kicker, he confirmed how settled he feels in Germany:

I think the management is happy with me, and so am I. So yes, there could very well be talks about this.

However, another factor could come into play: according to Sky Sports, a release clause is set to become active as early as next January. Its value is reportedly set at £67 million, dropping to £54 million next summer. Stay tuned!
