Julian Nagelsmann acted quickly to replace Niclas Füllkrug for Germany’s game against Northern Ireland. Maximilian Beier gets the call for the first time in a year as he’ll replace the West Ham striker’s spot for Sunday’s game in Köln.

The Borussia Dortmund forward played four games off the bench for Germany. He is yet to score for the national team. He started Dortmund’s 3-0 win over Union Berlin just before the international break.
