According to Radiogol.com, Belgrano have agreed a deal with Unión to acquire 65% of Uruguayan goalkeeper Thiago Cardozo’s economic rights for around 700,000 dollars.
The move would take him close to leaving the Santa Fe club to continue his career with the Córdoba side. Belgrano must still agree personal terms with Cardozo, after which he can officially become a Belgrano player.

Cardozo joined Unión aiming to establish himself in goal and featured during his spell at the club.
His potential departure would represent another piece of business in the transfer market for Unión.
For Belgrano, his arrival would strengthen a key position and add a goalkeeper of pedigree for the coming fixtures.
