Hamza Bellari returns to Paterna after helping Eldense clinch promotion to Segunda División, with his Valencia future still unclear. The Moroccan winger was among the few loan successes of the club’s season.
According to AS, Bellari has one year left on his Valencia contract, to June 2027, and Eldense are not currently planning to seek another loan as he is not a priority on their return to professional football. He will report back to Paterna to discuss his next move.
He will no longer qualify as an under-23, which weakens the case for parking him with Valencia Mestalla in Segunda RFEF and may not best serve his development.
Carlos Corberán could yet shape his pathway by offering a first-team look in pre-season. Valencia paid €180,000 to Nàstic for him in July 2024. The coach later named him in the squad for a league match against Girona in March 2025, although he did not debut.
Bellari returns more seasoned after spells with Nàstic and Orihuela, having started in Girona’s academy. This season he played 37 matches in league and cup, starting 17 and scoring five goals. Claudio Barragán tended to use him as an impact substitute rather than a regular.
Valencia must now decide, with many expecting him to move away from Paterna. Even so, if he is called for pre-season, he could yet impress Corberán again.
