Benfica’s Champions League campaign has ended, with the club earning around 53.1 million euros from the 2025/26 edition, according to Record.
They played 14 official matches, four in qualifying, leaving the coffers healthier but short of recent seasons.
The reported figure reflects a mix of qualification bonuses and performance-related payments.
By comparison, last season closed at 71.4 million euros when Benfica went out to Barcelona in the round of 16.
This time, roughly 18.62 million euros came with group-stage entry after eliminating Nice and Fenerbahçe.
A further 23.26 million euros was attributed to UEFA ranking and the Portuguese market.
On the pitch, three wins, over Ajax, Napoli and Real Madrid, were worth about 6.3 million euros.
There was also additional income for reaching the playoff, taking the total to 53.1 million euros.
