Besiktas ‘offer’ €18m for Andreas Schjelderup, loan with obligation proposed | OneFootball

Record writes that Besiktas have offered €18m to sign Andreas Schjelderup from Benfica, a move that would take the Norway international to Türkiye.

The proposed terms appeal to Benfica’s Rui Costa-led hierarchy, featuring an immediate loan with a mandatory purchase at season’s end. That would secure significant income and move on a player seldom used by José Mourinho.

The No 21’s stance remains to be seen. While the salary side is very tempting, a switch to a less central league such as Türkiye’s may not appeal. His decision will shape the talks.

Roma and Juventus have also shown recent interest and are monitoring the winger’s situation. Competition from Italy could encourage him to wait for a more competitive destination.
