Group A: Barcelona 5-0 Benfica, Rosengård 1-2 Eintracht Frankfurt

Group B: Slavia Praha 0-9 Lyon, St.Pölten 1-2 SK Brann

Lyon had seven different scorers as they netted nine goals at Slavia Praha, Vanessa Gilles and Kadidiatou Diani with a couple each. Sara Dabritz and Danielle van de Donk had scored in the opening quarter of an hour, Eugenie le Sommer, Amel Majri and Ada Hegerberg later adding one apiece, the latter from the spot.

Barcelona began with a 5-0 beating of Benfica in which there were braces by Alexia Putellas and Aitana Bonmati, with Asisat Oshoala also finding the net.

Tanja Pawollek gave Eintracht Frankfurt the lead at Rosengard and Barbara Dunst doubled the lead with six minutes to go. Which was just as well for the visitors, as Olivia Schough replied in stoppage-time.

SK Brann also won 2-1 on their travels, with a 79th-minute decider at St Polten. Rakel Engesvik’s opener was cancelled out by the hosts’ Maria Mikolajova, before Natasha Anasi grabbed the winner.
