Boca Juniors have set 11 June for the Assembly of Representatives to vote on final approval of the new financial year.

According to LaNumer12.com.ar, the meeting will be held in the Salón Filiberto at La Bombonera.

Representatives will scrutinise the figures presented by the administration led by Juan Román Riquelme, which outline a robust outlook and significant infrastructure spend.

Total resources are 266,019,881,000 pesos, including an opening balance above 6,000,000,000, prior-year receivables and projected income. Total uses are 253,443,374,000 pesos, leaving an estimated closing balance of 5,064,882,000. Planned expenses total 194,009,816,000.

The main income line is 239,226,960,000 pesos, driven by supporters. Membership fees provide 35.4 per cent, more than 84,600,000,000, with members and season-ticket holders together contributing almost 60 per cent. Ticket packages contribute 24 per cent, commercial income 20.4 per cent, and sports events 13 per cent, almost 31,000,000,000.

On costs, the professional first team accounts for 36.1 per cent, a little over 70,047,000,000. Administration takes 18.7 per cent, staging events 17.2 per cent, and youth football 10.9 per cent.

Investment and works amount to 41,767,058,000, with 46.9 per cent for stadium expansion, upgrades and maintenance. Casa Amarilla receives 29.5 per cent for the microstadium, Ezeiza 16.8 per cent for the reserve hotel, and 6.8 per cent for systems and access control.

Combining operating spend and infrastructure, the overall budget is 235,989,861,000. In that view, professional football represents 29.7 per cent of the total and capital works 17.7 per cent.
