Boca claimed an important 3-1 win over Central Córdoba at La Bombonera in the ninth round of the Torneo Clausura 2026, with a brace from Ángel Romero and Enner Valencia’s first goal for the club.

Coach Arruabarrena backed several lesser-used players and was rewarded with a slick opening spell before the team lost their way.
