Bournemouth supporters face the Premier League’s highest overall costs to follow their team home and away in 2026/27, according to Bournemouth Echo, citing new research from TipMan Tips.
The analysis puts the outlay at £4,359.61 for season-ticket holders, rising to £4,911.61 without one. Costs are largely driven by travel.
Cherries followers would pay an average £139.25 for each open return rail journey to away fixtures, the league’s second highest, totalling £2,645.81 across the season.
TipMan Tips founder Fraser Bricknell said the figures show how following a club is becoming increasingly unaffordable, adding that devoted away travellers are being priced out. He pointed to Bournemouth as an example of the pressures facing supporters nationwide.
There is value in some areas for home fans. The club’s cheapest season ticket is £436, the third lowest in the division, while a replica shirt is priced at £70, which sits among the most affordable in the top flight.
