Reigning MLS Cup champions Inter Miami have found the next man in the door in South Florida, with the Herons completing a move for Facundo Mura.

The 26-year-old right-back arrives to replace fellow Argentine Marcelo Weigandt, whose loan deal from Boca Juniors came to an end after the conclusion of the 2025 season.
Mura had been a regular presence at Racing Club across the last four seasons, helping the club earn honors in the Trofeo de Campeones de la Liga Profesional, Copa Sudamericana, and Recopa Sudamericana.

The former Estudiantes academy graduate arrives on a free transfer with a deal that runs through the 2029 MLS season.
In replacing Weigandt, Mura becomes the 10th Argentine on the books at Miami Freedom Park under Javier Mascherano, which is set to open for the 2026 season.
