BREAKING: Tottenham confirm loan move for Bayern's João Palhinha | OneFootball

João Palhinha has completed an initial return to the Premier League after Tottenham confirmed their loan move for the Portuguese midfielder.

The 30-year-old international arrives back in the English capital on loan from Bayern Munich after failing to truly make his mark at the Allianz Arena, with a buy option included in the terms struck between both clubs.

Palhinha will no doubt be familiar to Premier League fans after shining along the Thames during two influential seasons at Fulham from 2022-24, making him one of the most coveted midfielders in the English top flight at the time.

The Lisbon-born midfielder made just 25 appearances under Vincent Kompany last term, however, while logging less than 1,000 minutes of action after failing to force his way back into regular contention on the back of suffering a knee injury in November.
