UEFA has confirmed the host venues for the 2028 and 2029 Champions League and Women’s Champions League finals, with Munich and Barcelona set to stage the men’s showpiece.
The 2028 Champions League final will be played at the Allianz Arena in Munich, while Barcelona’s revamped Camp Nou will host the 2029 final.
The decisions were made by the UEFA Executive Committee at its meeting in Thessaloniki on Tuesday, with the venues having been selected following a bidding process.
It will be the third Champions League final staged at the Allianz Arena, after Bayern Munich’s home stadium previously hosted the 2012 and 2025 finals, while the Camp Nou will host the competition’s showpiece for the first time since 1999.
The Women’s Champions League finals have also been allocated, with Lyon hosting the 2028 final and Cardiff selected for the 2029 showpiece.
The 2028 final will be played at Lyon’s Parc Olympique Lyonnais, while the 2029 final will take place at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium of Wales.
The 2027 Champions League final is scheduled to take place at Atlético de Madrid’s Metropolitano, with the 2027 Women’s Champions League final set for Warsaw.
Meanwhile the National Arena in Bucharest and the National Stadium in Belgrade will host the respective Europa League finals.
