Following a difficult start to the new season that resulted in his departure from Celtic, Brendan Rodgers appears poised for a swift return to management.

Reports from journalist Ben Jacobs indicate that the coach is in advanced talks and is close to being appointed as the new manager of Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah. Rodgers is expected to travel to Saudi Arabia shortly to finalize the contractual agreement.

Targeting a Top-Five Side

The potential move would see Rodgers take charge of a team currently positioned fifth in the league standings. After nine rounds of matches, Al-Qadsiah has accumulated 17 points, sitting just five points adrift of the coveted top-three places as the club aims to climb the table.
