This season will be Sam Saunders' side's first appearance in the competition following the academy being awarded Category One status in April.
The first round of the competition is due to begin in early September 2026, with further match details to be released following the EFL’s fixture release.
Bromley claimed the League Two title last season and were subsequently promoted to League One, winning 24 games en route to finishing one point ahead of second-placed MK Dons, who the west Londoners will also face.
Crawley avoided relegation from the EFL last season, finishing one point above the League Two drop zone with eight wins.
Fellow academy sides Arsenal, Aston Villa, Brighton and Hove Albion, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Everton, Fulham, Ipswich Town, Leeds United, Liverpool, Manchester City, Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest, Sunderland and Tottenham Hotspur have also been drawn into their respective groups.
