Brest will be hoping to refind some form in their hunt for Champions League football after suffering successive defeats to Lyon and Monaco. They face another tough test as they travel to fellow European football hopefuls Rennes on Sunday afternoon.
L’Équipe report Eric Roy is set to make four changes to his team who suffered a 2-0 defeat to Monaco last time out. One of these changes is set to arrive in defence with Brendan Chardonnet set to start ahead of Johan Le Cardinal at centre-back.
With a change in formation, two changes are expected in midfield. Pierre Lees-Melou should return as should Mahdi Camara. Jonas Martin and Kamory Doumbia, who played in attacking midfield against Monaco, are set to drop to the bench. The final change is set to come in attack with Mathias Pereira Lage promoted to the starting eleven ahead of Steve Mounié.
Marco Bizot – Kenny Lala, Brendan Chardonnet, Lillian Brassier, Bradley Locko – Pierre Lees-Melou, Mahdi Camara, Hugo Magnetti – Romain Del Castillo, Martín Satriano, Mathias Pereira Lage.
