Brice Samba is suspended for Rennes’ final Ligue 1 match at Marseille on Sunday at 21:00. Back-up goalkeeper Mathys Silistrie will start, and Samba will still travel to the Vélodrome in support.

According to L'Équipe, Silistrie, Rennes’ number two, will take the gloves.

Samba’s ban follows his fifth booking of the season, collected at Lyon in a 2-4 defeat.

Silistrie has one Ligue 1 appearance, at Lens in a 1-3 loss in February.

He gained minutes with the reserves last Saturday. On the bench at Marseille, academy goalkeeper Kilian Belazzoug, born in 2006, will serve as back-up.
