Brighton & Hove Albion confirm signing Femi Azeez | OneFootball

Brighton & Hove Albion have completed the signing of Femi Azeez from Millwall with the winger signing a four-year deal.

Now a senior Nigeria international, Azeez began his football career in the eight tier after leaving youth club Watford and joining Northwood. 

The forward rose up the ranks of English football joining Reading before making the switch to Millwall in the summer of 2024.

Now Azeez has completed the move to Premier League side Brighton with Sky Sports News reporting a total package deal of just over £15 million for the 25-year-old.

"We are delighted to add Femi to the squad. He arrives off the back of an excellent season with Millwall, having played a key role for them as they finished in the playoffs," the club's sporting director Mike Cave said about the move.

"He was one of the most exciting attacking talents in the Championship, and we’re delighted to have finally agreed his transfer, and we now looking forward to working with him."
