Paris FC are interested in making Diego Coppola’s (22) loan move from Brighton and Hove Albion permanent, according to a report from Le Parisien.
Prior to joining Paris FC in the January transfer window, Coppola had struggled for playing time at Brighton, following his €11m move from Hellas Verona. However, he quickly bedded in at Paris FC. He has made nine appearances for Les Parisiens and has been a mainstay as they have climbed up the table in recent weeks. Since Antoine Kombouaré became manager at the end of February, the club are unbeaten and now sit 10th in Ligue 1.
No longer threatened by relegation, the club are already planning for next season. Making the loan moves made in January permanent is on the agenda. Coppola’s loan is one that Paris FC are considering making permanent. The Italian’s agent is expected to meet Paris FC’s hierarchy over the weekend, Le Parisien understands.
