The Robins confirmed the quartet’s exits via a post on their official club website this morning.
Attacker Evans joined Bristol City from their Barclays Women’s Super League rivals West Ham United in January. She made nine league appearances for The Robins, most of which came from the bench.
Veteran midfielder Furness’ departure was announced last week. She leaves Bristol City after spending the last 16 months with the club. She was a promotion-winner with Bristol City last season.
Canadian midfielder Stratigakis joined Bristol City on a free transfer in January. She has made six appearances for The Robins which have amounted to just 189 minutes of football.
Young defender Wilde spent this season on-loan at Barclays Women’s Championship club London City Lionesses. Wilde made 19 appearances for The Pride, gaining rave reviews for her performances. It would be no surprise to see the player starring for a club in the second tier again in 2024/2025.
Bristol City head coach Lauren Smith is hoping to hold onto the vast majority of her squad as the club plan for life back in the Barclays Women’s Championship.
