Bristol City bolster attack further with striker signing | OneFootball

Bristol City have signed striker Elijah Adebayo on a two-year deal to strengthen Michael Skubala’s attacking options.

The 28-year-old joins the Robins on a permanent transfer after leaving Luton Town in the summer and training with Bristol City during pre-season.

Adebayo becomes City’s tenth signing of the summer and will wear the number 45 shirt.

“I can’t wait to get started. The place has a feel-good factor and it has been easy for me to settle in,” Adebayo said.

“The gaffer has been very clear with what he wants from us and how to attack the season so that is a big reason why I wanted to join.

“I will try and use my experience to push the group and get everyone going in the same direction.”

Adebayo further bolsters Skubala’s new-look attack, following the signings of Dom Ballard, Lorent Tolaj, Jed Wallace and Sam Greenwood earlier this summer.
